• This Machine is a perpendicular filling machine for tea, pulses, grains, sugar, namkeens, dry fruits and wafers in pouches, jars, bottles or containers.
• The container or pouch will be kept manually for filling the product.
• The Filler evaluates the filling material in individual pan escalated on the load cell to get utmost output and precision.
• The load cell output is developed straightforwardly by the PLC and its components.
• The vibrators and Pan opening is managed by PLC itself.
• 2 separate vibrator controllers are offered to regulate the feed rate of the vibrator feeders.
• As soon as the set weight is attained the vibrators are switched off and the ready pay is released into the pouch as and when needed.
• After filling the preferred quantity the pouch will be taken for sealing or if it is a container will be taken for capping.
