CANTEEN PACKS MACHINE: (MODEL: ROYAL PACK /CP/180)

This Model is most appropriate to group products in 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 loads of biscuits. The same Model can also be utilized for packing tray kind or for pre wrapped Products. The Lug carries the necessary number of products from the magazine and reaches their destination to the forming box. Then this wrapper is wrapped around the forming box. Then there is Fin seal at base which is completed by 3 pair of rollers out of which 1 pair is for preheating, 2nd for heating and 3rd for propelling reason, which manages the wrapper around the periphery of the product. The crimping jaws creates cross sealing at 2 ends and separation as needed, such packets are transported to the out feed conveyor.
