This Model is appropriate to pack products like cream squashed in biscuits in standing on border position. This kind of biscuit packing machine can also be utilized for packing biscuits which are complicated and tricky to pile by automatic feeding arrangements. The products are fed manually on conveyor which are transported and burdened to main in feed conveyor and appear to the forming box. The wrapper is then wrapped around the forming box. The Fin seal at the base is then completed by 3 pairs of rollers out of which one pair is kept for pre heating, and the second is utilized for heating and the third for impelling purpose, which manages the wrapper around the margin of the product. The crimping jaws makes cross sealing at both the ends and separation, such packages are transported to the out feed conveyor.
