Further Details:

This Machine is a perpendicular filling machine for tea, pulses, grains, sugar, namkeens, dry fruits and wafers in pouches, jars, bottles or containers.
The container or pouch will be kept manually for filling the product.
The Filler evaluates the filling material in individual pan escalated on the load cell to get utmost output and precision.
The load cell output is developed straightforwardly by the PLC and its components.
The vibrators and Pan opening is managed by PLC itself.
2 separate vibrator controllers are offered to regulate the feed rate of the vibrator feeders.
As soon as the set weight is attained the vibrators are switched off and the ready pay is released into the pouch as and when needed.
After filling the preferred quantity the pouch will be taken for sealing or if it is a container will be taken for capping.
